FAQ

Questions About Weekly Chat Gig Pay

Is ChatMoney free, or is there a catch? +

Completely free — no registration fee, no "shift booking" payment, and nothing deducted from your Friday payout.

Why weekly pay instead of instant? +

Weekly payroll matches how the businesses posting these gigs actually budget — it also means one clean payout to track instead of chasing small daily withdrawals.

M-Pesa or Airtel Money — do I have to choose? +

Pick whichever you use. Set your preferred payout method in your profile, and your Friday payment goes there.

What's the minimum before I get paid? +

KSh 500 for that week. Most agents clear it easily with a few shifts.

Do night shifts really pay more? +

Yes — night shift chat support carries a premium rate since fewer agents are available then.

Do I need call center experience? +

No. If you type clearly and can follow shift guidelines, you already have what it takes.

Is this realistic for a student with a tight schedule? +

Very much so — gigs are filtered by shift, so you can pick hours that fit around lectures.
